the location of this hotel close to the city center, great restaurant, and a bus stop with services to the station and middelburg and the ferry to breskens, where there are buses to bruges was magnificent. the staff was good natured and excellent.
Facilities were good, nonetheless Wi-Fi was weak.

Great location, super convenient! It's near nice cafes, restaurants, and a bus stop 🚌. You can easily catch a bus to the train station, Middelburg, and even hop on the ferry to Breskens, where you can grab a bus to Bruges.

Amazing view from the room, especially with the binoculars and telescope provided. The bed was super comfy and could be adjusted for optimal viewing. The location was near the beach and there were restaurants nearby. The room was modern and comfortable, with a kettle and coffee/tea provided.
The room was quite warm when I arrived due to the closed windows and sun exposure. The bathroom was basic compared to the luxury of the room.

Great view of the ocean from the room and breakfast area. Good breakfast and friendly staff. the location was also very convenient, close to the beach and town center.
The hotel appeared outdated, and there were areas that needed refurbishment. the stairs were difficult to climb with heavy luggage and uneven entry points to the hotel caused hazards.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic - it's close to the city center, right on the harbor, and you can see the sea right from the hotel. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed and taken care of. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with basic amenities, including a tea/coffee making facility, and the bathroom was a decent size. Plus, the rooms with a view on the water of the Schelde were absolutely stunning, with good views of the shipping passing by.
All was perfect during my stay.

The hotel's location was perfect for our Christmas stay with great views and easy access to the town center. The breakfast was simple but satisfying and the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay.
We were disappointed with the noise levels during our stay. The soundproofing was poor and we were easily disturbed by noise from other guests and external sources. Additionally, we had some issues with the service at the restaurant and found the breakfast to be lacking in variety and quality. while the hotel had its positives, we were let down by some negative aspects of our stay.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the city center and right next to The Boulevard. I loved that it was within walking distance from both the beach and the town center, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and had a wonderful view of the water of the Schelde. I also appreciated the tea/coffee making facility in the room and the decently sized bathroom.
All was well during my stay at this hotel.

The hotel's location was excellent as it was just a short walk away from both the beach and the city centre. to this, the hotel's restaurant had a great view of the marine traffic passing by on the waterway.
The room I stayed in was in dire need of refurbishment. Some elements in the room were broken and dirty and the overall impression of the room was that it was old and not well-maintained.

This hotel is perfectly located with a fantastic view of the sea. It is on the seafront and just a short walk to the city center and the beautiful beach. The staff here are friendly and provide great service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided is very good, and you can enjoy it while admiring the stunning views of the water of the Schelde and the passing ships.
Everything was just fine, couldn't find anything to complain about.
